Resource yourself and your family for a happy, healthy 2025
There is so much about our busy, modern lifestyles that make it tricky for us to maintain genuinely healthy habits for ourselves and our kids.
On the one hand, we’re spoiled for information about super foods, miracle supplements and ‘simple’ life hacks for optimum health. On the other hand, it can all be quite overwhelming, stressful and expensive. And many of us are left feeling a big dose of parental guilt while reaching for the nearest bag of crisps.
Leading obesity researcher and internationally recognised clinician Dr Nick Fuller has distilled his years of research into six simple, essential steps to set parents and families on a path to healthy living.
In our first online masterclass for 2025, Nick joins parenting author and educator Maggie Dent to share his clinically proven blueprint to wellness –– his steps for parents and their families to build positive relationships with food, exercise, sleep and technology.

In this class Maggie and Nick will explore:
• Why can eating and feeding be tricky for our little ones?
• How to overcome food fussiness
• How can we respect our children’s developing autonomy around food in the various ages and stages?
• How to ditch the guilt and set the stage for a strong foundation of nutrition, physical activity and sleep for yourself and your kids.
• Why health not weight matters.
• Neurodivergent kids can struggle more – why and how can we help them?
• How to build healthy habits and routines at each stage of your children’s lives: the first 2000 days, the first 5 years, childhood and the teen years.
• How to reverse unhealthy behaviours.
• Why we've become biologically wired to prefer fast, processed food and how we can fight the lure.
• How to get the whole family moving by playing every day.
• How to plan and cook nutritious, delicious, simple food without wasting time, money or ingredients.
By helping you to understand your child’s needs at each stage of their development, Nick will show us how modelling practical, realistic boundaries and positive decisions will bring energy, joy and freedom to your family.
