How to I access my purchase/webinar/course?
Use the Login link in the website menu to then find your purchases under the menu link 'My Content' - visible once logged in.
Please note, in your purchase receipt email there is a link to the relevant participant area where you find all your content. If that link is not taking you to the participant area then it is likely you are not logged in. You would generally be logged in since your purchase however maybe you used a different device?
What if I am unhappy with the purchase?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us in the first 30 days and we will give you a full refund.
Can you offer a discount for my organisation?
We offer a bulk purchase price on our individual webinars, masterclasses and online courses & conferences for schools and organisations.
